Procurement Assistant Manager

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated staff to contribute to one of our clients procurement team. The role is to support the Procurement team and wider business in various activities such as Procurement reporting and tracking, managing the Vendor Onboarding process, facilitating the PR-PO process and assisting with any other ad hoc requirements as required. Responsibilities • Manage and complete end to end process of new Vendor registration requests • Provide guidance, training and updates to potential Vendors and internal stakeholders during the registration process • Evaluate and process all required Vendor registration documents • Manage registered Vendor list in Oracle • Review and approve Vendor profile change requests • Manage quarterly financial Vendor health check and risk assessment • Manage creation of Purchase Requisitions to Purchase Orders (PR-PO) process in Oracle • Maintain Group PO-PR Tracker, NI Procure to Pay reposts and track savings • Create Procurement reporting on key metrics monthly • Assist in sourcing and quoting lower value items • Assist with any other ad hoc tasks as required by the Head of Procurement / Procurement team.

Qualifications and Key Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. • Experience of 2+ years in a procurement role in the financial services industry. • Proficient in Oracle ERP, especially in the Procurement to Pay module • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, business acumen and attention to detail • Strong planning, organizing, and prioritization skills • English essential; Arabic is preferable but not mandatory
