In this role as Head of IT, you will be responsible for leading and managing the IT department of our organization. You will oversee the development and implementation of IT strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute the IT strategy in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
2. Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department.
3. Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.
4. Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.
5. Manage and monitor IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Preferred Candidates:

1. Minimum 1-5 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Strong leadership and management skills.
3. Excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
4. Experience in developing and executing IT strategies.
5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or Higher or Closely Related or an Equivalent Discipline.

• Related Certification Equivalent and Workplace Skills and Experience.

• PMP (Project Management Professional) is an Advantage.
