We are partnering with a leading Consumer Electronics giant in their search for an accomplished Head of Sales to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the sales team, setting clear KPIs and targets. - Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to develop effective sales strategies. - Foster relationships with external partners and collaborate across departments to drive revenue growth.

Requirements: - 6-10 years of distributor management experience in consumer electronics, preferably with renowned companies. - Proven sales expertise with a proactive mindset and a strong track record. - Ability to thrive under pressure and contribute effectively in a team environment. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or related fields. Preferred Experience: **Background in Home Appliances, Visual Display, and IT products is advantageous**
