Quest Resources LLC, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a dynamic and organized Project Executive Intern to join their team. This role involves working across various projects within the company. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. Key Responsibilities: · Oversee and manage multiple projects from inception to completion across different domains. · Utilize CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, to track project progress and manage data. · Provide support in maintaining and updating CRM records as necessary. · Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. · Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track. · Prepare and present project updates, reports, and presentations. · Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members. · Conduct project evaluations and identify areas for improvement. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred. · Familiarity with Salesforce is not required but is a plus. · Strong organizational and multitasking skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. · Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. · Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. · Flexibility to manage diverse projects and adapt to changing priorities. Additional Details: Working Hours: The role is either full-time or 25 hours per week; depending on your availability if you are studying.
