This is a full-time role as a Sales Executive at Alwaris Properties, located in Dubai with flexibility for some remote work. As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business and maintain relationships with clients. You will identify potential customers, promote our products and services, and negotiate contracts. You will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and participate in industry events to expand your network.

Job based on salary + commissions

Proven 2 year UAE experience in sales and achieving targets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends

Self-motivated and driven to succeed

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Fluency in multiple languages is a plus

Valid Driving license
