Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an E commerce specialist at Digital Glints in Dubai. As an E commerce specialist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the company's e commerce operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing e commerce strategies, driving sales growth, managing the online store, creating product listings, inventory management, and analyzing data to optimize performance and achieving sales KPI which includes sales orders agreed weekly/monthly numbers with CPA (Advertising cost per order).

• Arabic Speaker.
• Have his own Valid UAE Visa.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in sales and e-commerce (specially Meta; Snapchat; Tiktok; Google Ads) with minimum records of 2 years of experience.
• Experience in making and editing marketing videos and posts and having creative mindset.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies in an e-commerce setting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in relevant e-commerce platforms and tools.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• SEO Knowledge.
• Experience with customer service in an online environment.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field as a plus.
