Position Title: Architect Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 20K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: An emerging real estate development company specializing in high-rise residential towers across the UAE. Job Description: ? Review project plans, specifications, construction agreements and perform field inspections ? Making feasibility reports, completing drawings and identifying and solving problems in building plans, prototypes, and structures. ? Review, analyze and approve architectural and engineering plans in order to assure that high rise towers are designed in accordance with applicable construction standards. ? Evaluate, select and apply standard architectural engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria using judgment and best practices. ? Provide technical engineering expertise and consultation to staff, responding to specific licensure/certification questions and concerns during the plan review process.

Qualifications: ? Open to Indian nationality ? Female, 40 years old and below ? Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Building Technology ?
