Job Description:
-Prepare cost planning and cost Estimates
-Handle pre & post contract calculations, quantity take-off and correspondence
-Prepare tender documents, addendum, analysis & negotiation & prepare the cost budgets and prices for contract variations
-Monitor the project cost and preparation of cost reports
-Propose the preliminary concept and estimated cost of the project, exercise skill, care, and diligence

An emerging real estate development company specializing in high-rise residential towers across the UAE.
Qualifications:
-Open to Asian nationalities
-40 years old and below
-Minimum 8-12 years of experience with at least 2 years in Dubai for high rise towers
-Masters/Bachelor of Engineering degrees in Quantity Surveying or related field is an advantage
-Immediate joiners will be prioritized
