You’ll work closely with bid managers and business development teams to ensure our proposals are top-notch and delivered on time. What You'll Do: • Collaborate: Partner with Bid Managers and Business Development Managers to manage bids and deliver high-quality outputs within customer deadlines. • Brand Building: Contribute to the creation and delivery of our brand and its values. • Facilitate Solutions: Lead the process of articulating solutions for proposals by coordinating inputs from various groups. • Enhance Visibility: Apply your presales experience to initiatives that increase the visibility of our function and sharpen our service offerings. • Compliance: Analyze requirements and specifications, securing necessary compliance information from Legal, Pricing, SMEs, and Management. • Execute Plans: Write, edit, and design bid responses in line with brand guidelines and style guides. • Collaborate and Improve: Work with team members to continuously improve our processes. • Draft Winning Responses: Craft persuasive PQQ and bid submission responses. • Stay Ahead: Keep up with industry developments and client needs to align bid responses with strategic goals. • Knowledge Bank: Develop a repository of bid materials and responses to enhance the quality of our proposals.
