Responsibilities:

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
Handle customer objections and provide convincing responses to secure sales.
Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and close sales effectively.
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Telesales Agent or in a similar sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
