Paid Marketing Specialist


The Paid Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. This role focuses on driving traffic, generating leads, and maximizing ROI through strategic use of paid media channels such as Google Ads, social media advertising, display networks, and other paid platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid marketing strategies to meet business objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and sales.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimize campaign performance.
  • Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, X, Telegram, Coinzilla, Cointraffic
  • Set up and manage PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI, adjusting bids, ad placements, and targeting as necessary.
  • Utilize A/B testing to refine ad creatives, landing pages, and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Knowledge of best performing creatives anatomy.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, and other relevant platforms to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Knowledge of pixel, conversion tracking installation, etc.
  • Generate regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics and ROI.
  • Manage and allocate the marketing budget across various paid channels to ensure optimal spend and performance.
  • Monitor daily and monthly budget caps, adjust bids, and allocate funds to high-performing campaigns.
  • Ensure that all campaigns are delivered within budget and meet financial goals.
  • Work closely with the content, design, and social media teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing.
  • Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve performance.
  • Implement new and innovative paid media strategies to stay competitive in the market.
  • Explore and utilize new advertising platforms and tools to expand the company’s reach and effectiveness.
  • Knowledge of seamless integration with CRM.


Skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing certifications are highly desirable.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing paid marketing campaigns, preferably in a digital marketing agency or in-house marketing team.
  • Proven track record of successful PPC campaign management and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, PPC strategies, and paid media channels.
  • Proficiency in using tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other relevant platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creative and strategic thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Arabic is a plus.
  • Crypto/web3 experience is preferred
