NOW HIRING A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Our client is a Dubai-based design consultancy specializing in architectural design, master planning and interior design, offering innovative solutions and creative expertise to enhance hospitality, mixed use commercial and residential spaces. The Position: The Business Development Manager will expand our market presence, build partnerships, and ensure efficient operations. This role needs a proactive, strategic thinker who can balance business development and operational needs. Key Responsibilities: • Create and execute business development plans to meet company growth goals. • Find and target new business opportunities and markets to grow the client base. • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and stakeholders. • Help prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for new business deals. • Research market trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape. • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders. • Address and resolve operational issues and challenges that may arise during project delivery. • Communicate with senior management and other departments to align business development and operational strategies. • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the team.

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, architecture, engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. • At least 10 years of experience in business development, account management, or a related role within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry. • 2+ years UAE experience • Proven success in achieving business development goals and managing complex operations. • Strong knowledge of the architecture and construction industry, including market trends and regulatory requirements. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to think strategically and execute effectively. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. #FletcherPiccoloAssociates #MakingALastingImpact #Construction #RealEstate #Architecture
