This position will focus on managing document control processes for various clients and projects across different industries. Receive, download, store, issue, and track documents using electronic document management system (EDMS) under department procedures
Produce logs, transmittals, and other reports as required
Manage and maintain the document control system and databases
Ensure timely and accurate distribution of project documentation to relevant stakeholders
Track and monitor document revisions and maintain version control
Coordinate with project teams to collect and organize project-related documents
Assist in the preparation of project reports and documentation
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with document control procedures and standards
Provide training and support to project team members on document control processes<br/><br/>Requirements
10+ years' proven experience in office administration
8+ years' experience in document control
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field is preferred
Experience in large corporate departments preferred<br/><br/>Knowledge
Strong knowledge of electronic document management systems including Aconex and SharePoint
Strong knowledge of document numbering and indexing systems
High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
High proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Professional<br/><br/>Skills
Proficiency in English (required)
Proficiency in Arabic preferred
Proficient in document control software and tools
Strong knowledge of document control procedures and standards<br/><br/>Benefits
