You will play a crucial role in nurturing talent, developing skills, and instilling a passion for cricket among our students.

Player Development:

• Assessing the skills and abilities of each player.
• Creating individual development plans based on strengths and areas needing improvement.
• Conducting regular one-on-one sessions to work on technical aspects of the game such as batting, bowling, fielding, and fitness.

Team Coaching:

• Organizing and conducting team training sessions.
• Developing team tactics and strategies for matches.
• Emphasizing teamwork, communication, and sportsmanship.

Match Preparation:

• Planning and organizing practice matches to simulate real-game scenarios.
• Analyzing match performances and providing feedback to players.

Physical and Mental Conditioning:

• Designing fitness programs tailored to cricket-specific requirements.
• Mentoring players on mental toughness, concentration, and resilience.

Skill Instruction:

• Teaching proper techniques for batting, bowling, and fielding.
• Introducing advanced skills such as spin bowling variations, batting strategies, and fielding drills.

Scouting and Talent Identification:

• Identifying talented young players and nurturing their potential.
• Collaborating with talent scouts and management to recruit promising players.

Educational Support:
