Job Description:
- Greet members and/or guests with a smile and assisting them with their enquiries.
- Assists in answering phone calls, calling website leads, acknowledging medical suspension and resignation requests from customers.
- Receive membership subscription fees and handover the payment received to the Finance department along with the relevant documents.
- Coordinate with Finance regarding members Statement of Accounts (SOA).
