We are seeking passionate and motivated real estate agents to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, on-site position as a Real Estate Consultant based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will handle a variety of daily responsibilities, including real estate sales, negotiations, property training, participating in our video campaigns, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. You will work closely with clients, conduct market research, and stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the real estate industry.


Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong and friendly personality
  • Motivated and high achiever
  • Perfect command of English; Arabic is an advantage, French and Russian speakers are highly desired
  • Have the passion to learn and evoluate
  • Presentation skills is a MUST
  • Driving license and car preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent or Off-Plan Property Specialist.
  • In-depth knowledge of the off-plan property market, including current trends, regulations, and developer offerings.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in real estate CRM software, MS Office Suite, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and industry professionals.
  • Valid real estate license or certification (required).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
