Job Description: ? Handle daily tasks such as opening, closing, inventory, and maintaining cafe cleanliness. ? Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing the team members and daily operations of the shop. ? Check customer feedback, address complaints promptly, and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction. ? Oversee cash handling and sales, create budgets, and develop ideas to attract more customers. ? Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness regulations and maintain an appealing appearance for the restaurant.

Qualifications: ? Open to European, South African, South American nationalities ? 38 years old and below ? Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. ? At least minimum of 3 years relevant experience in hospitality industry, preferably in a high-end or similar dining environment. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, guests, and vendors.
