Job Title: Wellness/Ice Bath Studio Specialist

Reports To: Studio General Manager

Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and wellness-oriented individual to join our team as a Studio Specialist at our cutting-edge ice bath and wellness studio in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage daily operations at the front desk, and contribute to a welcoming and positive environment for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Client Services: Greet and welcome clients warmly, answer inquiries about our services, schedule appointments, and process payments.
• Front Desk Management: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage client records.
• Sales Support: Assist with retail sales of wellness products, promote studio memberships and packages, and achieve sales targets.
• Administrative Tasks: Assist with inventory management, prepare reports, and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
• Facility Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the studio, restock supplies, and report any maintenance issues.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the studio team to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive client experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time-management abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.
• Personal Attributes: Passion for health and wellness, positive attitude, professional demeanour, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Additional language skills (e.g., Arabic) are a plus.
• Certification: First Aid and CPR Certification is an advantage
