As a Mobile Sales and Hardware Technician, your role will primarily involve assisting customers with their mobile phone needs, including sales, technical support, and hardware repairs. This position requires a combination of sales skills, technical expertise, and problem-solving abilities. Must be an experienced Apple and Samsung Hardware and SoftwareTechnician.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Customer Service:

- Welcome and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.

- Assist customers in selecting appropriate mobile devices, accessories, and service plans based on their needs and preferences.

- Provide detailed product information, demonstrations, and comparisons to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximize sales opportunities.

2. Technical Support:

- Troubleshoot and resolve common mobile device issues, such as software glitches, network connectivity problems, and hardware malfunctions.

- Provide technical guidance and assistance to customers, including setting up devices, configuring settings, and installing applications.

- Educate customers on device features, functions, and best practices.

- Perform basic software updates and system optimizations.

- Collaborate with technical teams or vendors for advanced or complex technical issues.

3. Hardware Repairs:

- Diagnose and repair hardware issues on mobile devices, such as cracked screens, faulty batteries, and damaged components.

- Disassemble and reassemble mobile devices while adhering to proper repair procedures.

- Replace defective parts and components, ensuring proper functionality and quality standards.

- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.

- Coordinate with suppliers or manufacturers for warranty claims and replacement parts.

4. Product Knowledge and Market Awareness:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile devices, technologies, and industry trends.

- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and technical skills.

- Conduct research on competitor products, pricing, and promotions.

- Provide feedback and suggestions to management regarding customer preferences, product improvements, and sales strategies.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or vocational training is a plus.

- Proven experience in mobile sales, customer service, and technical support.

- Strong knowledge of mobile devices, operating systems (e.g., iOS, Android), and mobile networks.

- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing common hardware issues on mobile devices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize customer needs in a fast-paced environment.

- Detail-oriented with good organizational and record-keeping skills.

- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Familiarity with sales and inventory management systems.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,100.00 per month
