Job overview:

Currently seeking a talented and creative 3D Visualizer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. 

This is a CONTRACTOR position, to work on a 3 + 3 months contract basis, with a permanent contract offered after 6 months.

You will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings for furniture and interior design projects, 2d (CAD) drawings with specifications and 3d models, full package doc to support the design and development of various products and projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work effectively as part of a team. The 3d Visualizer will closely with the Lead Design Manager ensure that all projects are completed to the highest quality standards and in a timely manner. 

Role

- Create high-quality photorealist 3D models and renderings of furniture models and interior designs.

- 2D drawing packages

- Collaborate with the design director to bring concepts to life

- Ensure designs meet client specifications and project requirements

- Rendering high-quality 3D visuals.

- 3D modeling of furniture designs.

- Responsible for managing the online workspace folder and making sure it's organized by category and maintaining accurate records of design changes and updates

- Manage multiple rendering projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed to the highest standard and within deadlines.

Requirements:

• Full English proficiency is required
• Must hold a Dubai visa work as freelancer or be a Dubai resident.
• Have your own apple computer 
• Be committed and focus
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in 3D visualization.
• Strong Portfolio showcasing a range of interior designs and furniture models, with technical specifications in 2D.
• Experience in furniture designing is a must

Skills

• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, Corona, Lumion, Sketchup, Photoshop Lumion, and V-Ray.
• Excellent understanding of lighting, textures, and materials in rendering.
• Ability to interpret briefings and be independent thinker.
• Strong artistic and creative skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
