  • Carry out relevant duties of managing incoming and outgoing calls as per the assigned schedule.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • provide information to the customer about our products and create lead using proper lead type.
  • Develop long-term contacts through qualitative telephonic discussions and conversations.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
  • Address the customers in a friendly tone and provide them with the best experience possible, minimizing customer wait/ hold time.

  • Expertise in working as a call center professional in a professional agency or BPO.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
  • A passionate individual with the potential to handle multiple activities while attending a call simultaneously.
  • Fluent command of computer technologies and basic operations for conducting the assigned tasks productively.
  • Good command of effective negotiations with a knack for explaining all the benefits of a product or service.
  • Exhibiting the eagerness to innovate and enhance the existing work output by working on constructive feedback.
