We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in assisting our clients throughout their second citizenship journey, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Update all program-related documents for each product in conjunction with the processing officer.
  • Organize and process files according to assigned deadlines.
  • Provide accurate information and timely updates to clients.
  • Maintain current and accurate records of clients, both in paper form and electronically.
  • Liaise with local service agents involved in file processing under the supervision of the direct line manager.
  • Liaise with local authorities in the UAE and utilize their online portals to submit documents on behalf of clients for various matters, including company incorporations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Capacity to operate both independently and cooperatively within a team setting.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.
