PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Enter the data for all the logistics operations and assist the function with any other help required for Data Entry
- File, organize and manage the documents conforming to PepsiCo standards and in an orderly way
- Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.
- Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered.
- Locate and correct data entry errors or report them to supervisors.
- Maintain logs of activities and completed work.
- Store/file completed documents in appropriate locations.
- Transferring physical records into a digital filing system.
- Retrieving data as requested.
- Maintaining and updating the system as necessary
- Generating periodic reports
Skills
EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant field
- Strong typing skills,
- Basic data entry skills,
- Analytical skills,
- Computer skills are also required.
