- Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and property laws - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed - Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service to clients - Valid real estate agent license or certification is preferred
