We are currently seeking skilled Painters to join our team in the UAE. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to buildings and other structures. Your expertise will contribute to the aesthetic and protective aspects of our construction projects across various sites in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, and sanding as necessary.
- Mix and match paints and finishes to ensure color consistency and quality.
- Apply paint and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray guns.
- Cover surfaces with cloth or plastic to ensure protection during painting.
- Calculate quantities of materials required for each job and ensure proper storage.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter in a construction or related field.
- Proficiency in mixing paints and applying finishes to different surfaces.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for color and texture.
- Willingness to work long hours (10-hour shifts) and six days per week.
- Valid UAE residency visa (sponsorship provided by the company).
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
