The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local real estate market and a proven track record in sales and customer service. Responsibilities: - Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential properties and clients - Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers to facilitate property transactions - Provide guidance and assistance to clients in buying, selling, and renting properties - Promote properties through various marketing channels and networking activities - Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability - Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, property values, and legal requirements

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant or similar role - In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market in Dubai, UAE - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Strong sales and customer service orientation - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Valid real estate license or certification is preferred - Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is desirable
