3. Responsible for the daily operations of the gallery, data analysis & monthly reporting, and proposing improvement and reform measures;
4. Manage the display of items in the gallery, creating a pleasant shopping environment;
5. Responsible for the recruitment, training, and development of new employees;
6. Handle & resolve customer complaints and suggestions;
7. Complete other tasks assigned by the company.
1. Over 5 years of work experience, with 1-2 years of team management experience;
2. Preferably with a background in business management or marketing;
3. Possess good appearance and etiquette, excellent service awareness, with experience in home decor or luxury goods industry preferred;
4. Strong execution, communication, and negotiation skills, high professional qualities and ethics;
5. Familiar with market competition and trends, and capable of adapting and responding to market changes;
6. Experience utilizing social media platforms for marketing;
7. Proficient in office software;
8. Proficient in English, Arabic language skills are preferred.
