• Diagnose and repair AC systems and components, including units, thermostats, filters, and ductwork.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, and replacing worn parts to ensure optimal system performance.
• Electrical Maintenance and Repair
• Diagnose and repair electrical issues in residential properties, including faulty wiring, circuit breakers, outlets, and lighting fixtures.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with local codes and safety regulations.
• Plumbing Maintenance and Repair
• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, faulty fixtures, and water heaters.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting pipes, replacing washers, and ensuring proper drainage.
• General Maintenance and Repair
• Handle basic repairs and replacements of fixtures, hardware, and other components as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and perform preventative maintenance to avoid costly repairs.
• Safety Compliance
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Report any safety hazards, accidents, or near-misses to the supervisor immediately.

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training is a plus.
• Proven experience in AC systems, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
