• Contract management: Drafting, reviewing and amending contracts, maintaining and updating contract templates;
• Legal advice: Provide legal advice to various departments to ensure that decisions comply with legal requirements;
• Risk management: Identify and evaluate legal risks and implement preventive measures;
• Dispute resolution: Handling legal disputes, including litigation and arbitration, and coordinating with external legal counsel;
• compliance management: Ensure compliance with laws and regulations and internal policies, conduct compliance audits and training;
• Intellectual property protection: Managing and protecting trademarks, patents and copyrights;
• Policy making and advocacy: Formulating internal policies and representing the company to advocate for its interests before regulators;
• Public Relations and Communication: Implementing Public Relations strategies, managing media relations and communication;
• Government and Community Relations: Build relationships with government officials and community leaders, and represent the company in Public Affairs activities.
• Crisis management: Develop and implement crisis management plans and coordinate crisis resolution efforts.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Public Affairs or a related field; preference will be given to advanced degrees;
• At least 2 years of experience in Law and Public Affairs.
• In-depth understanding of Dubai's laws and regulations;
• Proficient in English and Chinese;
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
• Collaborative work style and strong problem-solving skills.
