Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist

Job Purpose -


Support in the delivery of continuous improvement framework across the enterprise by leading and assisting in the initiatives through the execution of continuous improvement projects, Lean Six Sigma (LSS) trainings, and participate in implementing programs to foster the culture of Continuous Improvements to deliver transformation and change in accordance with Nawah standards and procedures to design and implement the Nawah’s Excellence principle.  


Continuous Improvement Project 

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:  

• Support execution of process improvement communications and work with Project Managers to ensure successful delivery of improvement projects.  

• Execute the best practices in process improvement such as LSS and other quality tools to re-engineer processes to attain program objectives.

• Develop, maintain and update the process improvement Toolkit to enhance success of improvement projects and consistency of usage.

• Assist in Analyzing performance gaps in key process areas within the various functional elements under the Nawah management system to develop process improvement plan in order to improve the process efficiency. 

• Assist in identifying process improvement projects that drives cost savings, increase productivity, improve quality, and increases customer satisfaction.

• Support in executing process improvements projects (LSS/Kaizen/6S) as per the specific project skeleton schedule. 

• Develop a report out presentations on the progress of improvements not limited to tracking of improvement metrics to the main project stakeholders.


Activity: 

Continuous Improvement Training

Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 

• Facilitate the delivery of LSS trainings and run quality process simulations on the use of quality methodologies and tools to create a problem-solving mindset with the staff.

• Coordinate all the communications associated with LSS training offerings to support the execution of the training program. 

• Assist in developing a report out to evaluate the effectiveness of the training program.Activity:


CI Ambassador Program 

Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 

• Support in ensuring proper communication and alignment done with CI ambassadors and Agents 

• Assist in preparing the necessary inputs and reports as needed for CI Ambassadors

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Follow all relevant Business Continuity and Resilience requirements for compliance with, and adherence to, policies, procedures and instructions related to the effective planning for, and response to, incidents and/or business disruptions in order to continue critical business processes and activities with minimal adverse impact.Activity:

Responsibilities and Accountabilities 

• Contribute to the development of UAE National employees in a manner which supports the objectives of the corporation and its Emiratization strategy.

• Contribute to knowledge dissemination/sharing in a way that assists with building internal capabilities of UAE Nationals where applicable and maximize their effective performance.Activity:

• Ensure commitment to a culture of continuous improvement by eliminating waste, following operations procedures, practicing innovation, problem solving, and teamwork; complying with Quality Management System policies and procedures; providing and receiving constructive feedback, and striving to meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/ Engineering 

• 7 to 8 years of relevant experience 

• Cross-business project management experience

LSS Black Belt Certified - Mandatory
