Our Tier 1 MEP Contracting client has a new requirement for 2 number experienced Electrical BIM Modelers to join their team in Dubai at prestigious new project in the Emirate. Successful candidates will have a proven background as an Electrical BIM Modeler on major 5* Hospitality and High Rise projects in the UAE and have worked in the capacity of BIM Modeler for a Main Contracting company. This role is available for immediate joining and is an initial 6 Month Contract as an outsource employed by J10 Consulting. Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed electrical BIM models based on design drawings, specifications, and other project documentation. Coordinate and integrate electrical systems with architectural, structural, mechanical, and other disciplines within the BIM environment. Ensure compliance with UAE-specific electrical codes, regulations, and standards. Ensure accuracy and completeness of electrical models and associated documentation. Collaborate with project teams to resolve design conflicts and issues through effective communication and problem-solving. Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings to identify and resolve clashes between electrical systems and other building components. Generate 2D drawings and 3D visualizations from BIM models for presentations and project reviews. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BIM software tools and industry trends to improve modeling techniques and efficiency. Adhere to company and client-specific BIM standards, protocols, and best practices

Electrical BIM Modeler Experience: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical At least 8 years of relevant experience in Electrical draughting and BIM Modeling Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, or similar tools. Strong understanding of UAE electrical systems, codes, regulations, and standards.. Ability to interpret design drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a team environment
