HR Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews. Help with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions. Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records in the HR system. Assist with the preparation of HR reports and documentation. HR Projects: Support various HR initiatives, such as employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and performance management processes. Assist with organizing and managing employee events and workshops. General HR Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including drafting correspondence and handling HR-related inquiries. Assist with compliance-related tasks and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Finance Responsibilities: Financial Reporting: Assist with preparing financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Help with reconciling bank statements and verifying financial transactions.

Qualifications: Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of HR practices and financial principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS) and financial software (e.g., accounting systems) is a plus. Analytical skills and attention to detail. Personal Attributes: Enthusiastic and eager to learn. Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Discreet and professional with handling confidential information.
