What you'll be doing: As an Emiratisation Trainee at Chalhoub Group, you will gain comprehensive exposure to the 360-degree activities of the department. This immersive experience will primarily focus on: - Recruitment: Assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding. - Events Planning: Supporting the organization and execution of various departmental and corporate events. - Projects: Contributing to diverse projects that drive departmental and organizational goals. Key Responsibilities - Involvement in employee cases, offering support and gaining insights into HR practices.- Participating in initiatives that support the Emiratisation strategy, contributing to the development and employment of UAE nationals. - Engaging in activities that enhance the employment prospects of fellow Emiratis, providing an opportunity to give back to the community.
