Junior Brand Manager- Food

Our client a leading name in the FMCG Ecommerce industry are seeking a dynamic and creative Junior Brand Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of strategic brand initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the Food industry, a strong understanding of consumer behavior, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. 


Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy and Planning: Contribute to the development of comprehensive brand strategies that align with overall business objectives. Assist in creating annual brand plans outlining key initiatives, product launches, and promotional activities.

2. Product Launch and Lifecycle Management: Collaborate with product development teams to ensure successful launch of new Food products. Monitor and manage the lifecycle of existing products, proposing strategies for revitalization or discontinuation as necessary.

3. Market Research and Consumer Insights: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences. Utilize consumer insights to inform product development, marketing campaigns, and overall brand positioning.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and consistent brand messaging across various channels. 5. Digital and Social Media Marketing: Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and online promotions. Monitor and analyze digital and social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

6. Budget Management: Support the Brand Manager in managing the budget for marketing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.

Skills

 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

Previous experience in brand management, marketing, or Food industry preferred.

Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Creative thinker with a passion for the Food industry and consumer trends.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
