Job description:

The Junior Technician at Gamer Care will provide home-based services, including IT maintenance, troubleshooting, hardware upgrades, and networking solutions for all computers, with a focus on gaming PCs. 

Key duties include diagnosing and resolving issues, installing and configuring hardware and software, optimizing network performance, and ensuring seamless operation of clients' technology setups. Technicians must test systems for quality and optimization, follow up diligently with clients after services are completed to ensure satisfaction and proper alignment with their requirements, report on inventory monthly, and attend monthly meetings. 

Using the latest technologies, they will deliver efficient, reliable, and personalized support to ensure client satisfaction and optimal system performance. Additional terms and benefits can be discussed later.

*Salaries* 

Basic AED 2,100

Accommodation AED 900

+ annual bonus based on performance metrics
