Responsibilities:

• Design Development: Create architectural designs, concepts, and detailed plans tailored to project requirements.
• 3D Visualization: Develop comprehensive 3D designs and renderings to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Site Analysis: Conduct thorough site analyses, accounting for environmental factors and user needs.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs meet local regulations and Dubai Municipality standards.
• Villa Extensions: Plan and oversee villa extensions in prestigious communities such as Emirates Living, Jumeirah Golf Estates, and Palm Jumeirah.
• Structural Analysis: Perform structural analysis to assess design feasibility and optimize structural systems for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Documentation: Review and prepare detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents.
• Regulatory Liaison: Act as the primary contact for communication with Dubai Municipality and other regulatory bodies.
• Client Presentations: Assist in preparing presentation materials, including design boards, 3D models, and digital presentations for client meetings.
• Client Interaction: Attend client meetings with the sales and design teams, offering expert advice and insights.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, and design teams to integrate input and deliver effective solutions.
• Design Revisions: Support the implementation of design changes or revisions as needed.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize CAD software for creating detailed architectural drawings and documentation.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Experience: 2-3 years in a similar role, with proven experience in villa extensions.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Corona, V-Ray, or other 3D modeling and visualization tools.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Design Knowledge: Solid understanding of architectural design principles, building systems, and construction techniques.
• Creative Skills: Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities, with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Communication: Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design ideas convincingly.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Learning Attitude: Eagerness to learn and develop skills in architectural design and project management.
