We are looking for a talented HR Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai, UAE. This role is crucial for managing our full hiring process and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

As an HR Specialist at Sherloq AI, you will handle the entire hiring process, including posting jobs on various platforms, screening and sorting applications for eligibility, and coordinating with executives and developers to organize interviews. Once a candidate is selected, you will manage all the necessary paperwork and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new staff. You will also work closely with the CEO to address any administrative issues that may arise.

Skills

Candidates should have a proven track record in HR management, with strong organizational and communication skills. Experience in a technology-driven environment is a plus.
