We are looking for a skilled Commis Chef to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing meals and maintaining a high standard of food quality. You will work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of meals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in preparing meals according to the menu and recipes
- Ensure the food is cooked and presented in accordance with established standards
- Follow all safety and hygiene procedures in the kitchen
- Clean and maintain the kitchen equipment and utensils
- Assist in stock management and inventory control
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Commis Chef
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
