Overview of the role:
As the Business Process Lead for SAP S/4HANA & Intelligent Data Platform (IDP), you will play a pivotal role in leading the design, optimization, and implementation of business processes within the SAP S/4HANA and IDP environment. Reporting to the Program Manager, SAP S/4HANA & IDP, and with a dotted line reporting to the respective Business Process Expert in the Automotive division, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements, technology solutions, and industry best practices. This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and technical expertise to drive process excellence and enable digital transformation within the organization.
What you will do:
- Business Process Analysis: Lead the analysis of existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities. Work closely with Business Process Experts to gather requirements, define objectives, and prioritize initiatives for process optimization.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams, architects, and Business Process Experts to design SAP S/4HANA and IDP solutions that address business needs and align with industry best practices. Ensure that proposed solutions are scalable, sustainable, and fit-for-purpose.
- Process Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize business processes within the SAP S/4HANA and IDP environment. Streamline workflows, eliminate redundancies, and automate manual tasks to improve efficiency, agility, and quality.
- Change Management: Support change management efforts to facilitate the adoption of new processes, systems, and tools. Engage stakeholders, communicate project updates, and provide training and support to ensure smooth transition and minimize resistance.
- Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes within SAP S/4HANA and IDP. Monitor performance data, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration and Alignment: Foster collaboration and alignment between business units, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that business processes are aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Facilitate cross-functional workshops, meetings, and working groups as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business processes and maximize the value of SAP S/4HANA and IDP investments. Identify opportunities for innovation, standardization, and best practice adoption.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with business process changes and system implementations. Develop contingency plans and escalate issues to senior management as needed to ensure project success.

- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum of 8 years experience
- SAP S/4Hana certified
- Good communication & presentation skills

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in business process analysis, design, and optimization, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA and IDP implementations.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules, business processes, and integration capabilities.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization with dotted-line reporting relationships.
- Knowledge of automotive industry processes, best practices, and regulatory requirements is preferred.
- SAP certification(s) in relevant modules or areas of specialization is a plus.
