Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development:
• Mechanical: Develop and review mechanical designs, HVAC systems, and plumbing layouts.
• Electrical: Design electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and communication systems.
• Civil: Plan and design infrastructure, structural components, and ensure the integrity of construction projects.
• Architecture: Create architectural designs, conceptual plans, and ensure the aesthetic and functional quality of building projects.
• Project Management:
• Oversee the execution of projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Compliance & Safety:
• Ensure all designs and installations comply with local regulations, industry standards, and safety requirements.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications and safety protocols.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
• Provide technical support and solutions for any issues that arise during construction or in post-construction phases.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure the longevity and efficiency of systems and structures.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Prepare detailed reports, technical drawings, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Report project progress, risks, and any issues to senior management and stakeholders.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
• UAE National with a deep understanding of local codes, standards, and regulations.
• Relevant experience in design, project management, and site supervision within the chosen discipline.
• Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, STAAD, etc.) or architectural tools (e.g., Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
