  • Oversee daily project/workshop activities and provide support and advice to the service team to address potential hazards.
  • Prepare and maintain site HSE reports and logs.
  • Assist the HSE and QA/QC engineers in preparing documents for ISO audits.
  • Conduct site safety training, identify staff training needs, and ensure participation in daily Toolbox Talks (TBT).
  • Report any incidents or near misses to the HSE Engineer and assist with investigations.
  • Support the HSE Engineer during emergency evacuation scenarios or mock drills.
  • Communicate customer HSE requirements and ensure compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW) procedures and risk assessment requirements.

Skills

  • Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
  • NEBOSH IGC Lev 3
  • Any other relevant Safety training or certification
  • 1-2 Years of Experience (Mechanical related Preferred)
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and presentation.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability -to prepare clear, concise reports and presentations.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, with strong attention to detail and time management skills
