Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role with an IT background in UAE. The Sales Executive will be responsible for researching and identifying potential clients, promoting products and services to prospective customers, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The Sales Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams, including products, services and technical team, to drive sales growth and revenue.

 

Qualifications

·       Bachelor's degree or higher BS Information Technology or equivalent experience.

·       Minimum 5-8 years of experience in sales and marketing with a focus on AWS cloud services and IT products.

·       Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies.

·       Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.

·       Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

·       Strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain relationships with clients and potential clients.


Skills

  • Ability to analyze the goal, target customer, and challenges to overcome before planning sales-oriented activities.
  • Adept at communicating with the in-house team, clients, and management through formal documentation and discussions.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
  • Performance-driven and capable of achieving targets under pressure.
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills.
  • Ability to find the right balance between client requirements and company terms, thereby improving profit margins and maintaining fruitful customer relationships.
