• Conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with coffee machines and provide effective solutions.
• Respond promptly to service calls and perform on-site repairs at customer locations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers, addressing their concerns and questions.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in coffee machine technology and industry trends.
• Order and manage inventory of spare parts and tools required for repairs and maintenance.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Coffee Machine Technician or similar technical role.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of coffee machine mechanics and electronics.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer locations as needed.
