- Client Representation: Assist buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords, offering expert advice and support throughout the process.
- Property Marketing: Develop and promote property listings through online campaigns and networking.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, conduct Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs), and provide pricing insights.
- Negotiation and Transaction Management: Handle offers, and contracts, and coordinate with relevant professionals to close deals efficiently.
- Client Support: Educate clients on market conditions and provide ongoing support to maintain long-term relationships.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, in real estate is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with flexible hours.
- Good at the English language, Arabic and other languages preferable.
- Driving license, car is not mandatory but an advantage.
