Overview of the role

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for coordination and system management? We are seeking a Preowned Operations Executive to join our team!

 

As a Preowned Operations Executive, your primary responsibilities will include coordinating with the sales team and managing SAP and FT system transactions. You will oversee the distribution and stock levels of pre-owned vehicles across branch locations, track the location and status of these vehicles, and process vehicle purchases and refurbishment transactions through the SAP system in collaboration with the workshop.

 

What you will do

  • Manage used vehicle SAP system purchase, PO issue and coordination
  • Coordination with Service Centers concerning vehicle preparation, cost of services and works review and approval
  • Coordination with Stock Controllers for vehicle movement and transfer, system billing blocks removal, trade-in updates, pricing updates
  • Demo to used car SAP stock status conversion
  • Reporting and system data analysis
  • Pre-owned vehicle appraisal, evaluation and coordination with Automall Buyers
  • Sales Leads and Enquiry Management


Skills

Required skills to be successful

  • Experience in sales support, coordination, stocks monitoring and procurement
  • Strong knowledge in SAP
  • Strong planning, organizing skills, with good attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills

 

About the team

The role will report to the Sales Support Team Leader, and you will coordinate with the Sales Team daily.

 

What equips you for the role

  • Ideally a bachelor’s degree graduate
  • Experience in sales support, coordination, and procurement, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Experience in monitoring the distribution of stock levels of preowned cars in various locations
  • High Level of exposure to Microsoft office packages and ERP Systems. 
  • Effective inter-personal skills, a good level of spoken and written English and clear verbal & written communication. 
  • Self-manage time & task, setting priorities based on need, urgency and strategic importance. 
  • Hardworking, strong analytical skills, detail conscious and highly organized.
