Provide support both inside the classroom and in other learning areas as required.
Skills
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school certificate or a Bachelor's degree.
- A recognised certification in SEN (Special Educational Needs).
- Previous relevant experience as a Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant, or in a similar capacity is preferred.
- Knowledge of strategies that promote good behaviour and discipline.
- Supportive of the learning environment ethos.
- Caring and tolerant nature.
- Ability to acquire additional knowledge to contribute effectively and confidently to classes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in literacy and numeracy.
- ICT capability.
