Job Summary:
The HR Executive is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across various functions within the organization.
This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including payroll processing, attendance and leave management, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and administrative tasks. The HR Executive will collaborate closely with the HR Manager and other departments to ensure efficient HR operations and support the overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing:
- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Attendance and Leave Management:
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Process leave requests and maintain leave balances.
- Manage weekly off and compensatory off schedules.
- Address attendance irregularities and implement corrective actions.
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
- Performance Management:
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development.
- Track employee performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain positive employee relations and foster a positive work environment.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
- Prepare and submit required HR reports and data analysis.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate staff events and activities.
- Manage employee benefits, such as medical and life insurance.
- Support visa and immigration processes for employees.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
