What You Will Be Doing
- Ensure all activities are following AML and CB regulations.
- Centralize Customer Enquiry Management to handle and prioritize queries proactively.
- Enhance Team Support while implementing the protocols and collaboration tools for efficient task management.
- Update Business Continuity Planning to ensure staff readiness during disruptions.
- Use specialized software and checklists to streamline the review process for self-employed customers.
- Leverage financial software for automated analysis of bank statements and financial ratios.
- Use digital tools for real-time validation of documents and integrate third-party verification services.
- Streamline Document Verification while implementing the document management systems to automate invoice, contract, and property review.
- Archive all appropriate files and documents as instructed, so that later they can be identified.
- Escalate promptly if any incident that may lead to risk or financial loss.

What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in banking or financial services.
