We are looking for an Officer - Administration to join us for Al Ghurair's premium SUV and hybrid car brand EXEED.
This job is based in Dubai, UAE.
In this role, you will report directly to the Dealer Principal and support the process of vehicle preparation, vehicle display, and vehicle sale to delivery. Ensure all work orders are closed creating the final invoice for payment or credit function for services pre-paid such as service contracts for the service division. Ensure the process is followed correctly in line with the policies outlined by EXEED, complying to any legal obligations.
Principal Accountabilities
1. Administrate the preparation of new vehicles through the dealer management system.
2. Ensure all sales vehicle documentation is followed correctly to invoice and in the correct location system with correct location.
3. Administrate the process, vehicle booking for inspection and preparation. To liaise with the sales and service team with progress update and invoice confirmation.
4. Administrate the process of vehicle movement, preparation for sale and display at location. This includes bodyshop or separate service locations.
5. Administrate the process of sales after booking. Guide the sales team in process, compliance to AG Auto policies and legal requirements.
6. Administrate the registration and vehicle management of demonstrators and courtesy vehicles. De-registering at point of purchase or trade-in. Facilitate the passing and registration process.
7. Manage logistical requirements, driver and valet process.
Process Improvement
1. Ensure the administration purchase and sales process is adhered to at all times. Empowered to make recommendations for improvements.
Education, Skills and Experience
Diploma/Degree in any discipline
At least 3 years' experience in automotive sales and service
Previous experience in automotive administration
Strong experience in back office operating system in any dealer management systems.
Strong command of MS Excel
An UAE Driving license would be highly advantageous
