1. Staff Deployments Support

Plan and organize the staff requirements to ensure operational needs are met and that all procedures are carried out in accordance with SOPs. Responsible for coordinate in scheduling annul leave plan, liaise with the respective team on all related tasks for better service and value to the client and identify any potential shortfalls staff and find out appropriate solutions for adhoc staff requirement.

Prepare the daily allotment, work with the Line Manager to allocate the task, and keep precise records of service completion. Assist the Operation team in manpower planning, scheduling etc.



2. Customer Service / Vendor Coordination

Serve as primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps deployment Locations. In particular, this includes any issues on-site at client facilities. Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals. Coordinating with the vendor/suppliers and making the necessary arrangement for applying their passes.

Performing tasks, answering phones, scheduling meetings, invoices etc.

Observe cost, monitor processes and control to ensure an effective usage of equipment.

Collect and verify the timesheet and ensure timely submission concerned department.


3. Team Coordination / Communication

Communicate effectively with team, Coordinate with operation team and WS clients for daily management reporting.

Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.

Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.


4. Operational Support

Assist in projects by creating assignments, tracking progress, and resolving issues. Managing internal and external stakeholder relations. Manage the deep project schedule by identifying work to be done and scheduling the work at the appropriate time.

Make sure adetailed plan/roster is distributed to staff.



5. Reporting / Administrative Support

Prepare and verify the time and attendance records of the team and monthly inter-departmental reports. Prepare and maintain operations documents and reports,

Preparing monthly review of all contracts on staffing business. Monthly operational reports to be sent to clients and WS management. Keep a record of all the overheads of the department month-wise to control cost.

Deal with all the staff related issues and do the needful for resolving the issue by coordinating with the concern one like requesting of company sim, Id cards, insurance.

Perform administrative tasks, such as answering phones, scheduling meetings, etc.

- Other tasks as and when assigned.
